Through onboarding and guided strategy, we define your brand, structure your offer, and shape a clear path forward together.

  • Each package is tailored to your needs, but typically includes brand foundations, website creation, Instagram setup or refinement, and a guided handover so you feel confident managing everything moving forward. Optional add-ons are available for photography, ongoing support, strategy intensives, and marketing or business planning.

  • Every Lumen Launch is completed within 7 days. Timelines vary depending on the package, but most Lumen Launch projects are completed within a focused, structured timeframe once onboarding is complete. Your timeline begins once all onboarding materials are received, ensuring the process runs smoothly and without delays.

  • Your role is intentionally simple. You’ll complete a short intake form, provide timely feedback, and remain responsive during key stages. You don’t need to manage the process or make constant decisions, that’s where Lumen Launch comes in. Clear communication ensures everything stays aligned and on track.

  • Yes. Ongoing support is available through retainers, annual strategy intensives, and one-off services such as website management, marketing planning, and content support. This allows your brand to stay current, consistent, and supported as your business evolves.
