With over 10 years' experience in event management and an extensive network of trusted suppliers, venues and event professionals, we manage your event from initial concept through to the final guest departure — creating a seamless, polished experience that reflects your brand.

Events can be managed across London and the UK, with international events considered on a bespoke basis.

What's included

Event planning & strategy
From the initial idea through to delivery, we'll help shape the event concept, format, timings, budget and overall guest experience.

Venue & supplier management
We can source and coordinate venues, caterers, entertainment, AV and production, florists, photographers, furniture, décor, staffing, transport and other suppliers. Our industry connections may also help secure preferred rates and supplier discounts where available.

Invitations & guest management
We'll create or coordinate your event invitations, manage distribution and RSVPs, maintain the guest list, monitor attendance and handle guest communications and reminders.

Event logistics
We'll manage schedules, supplier requirements, floorplans, running orders, access arrangements, timings and all the behind-the-scenes details that make an event run smoothly.

On-the-day management
From supplier arrival and setup through to guest arrival and event close, we'll be there to coordinate the moving parts, troubleshoot issues and ensure everything runs to plan.

Post-event wrap-up
We'll coordinate supplier close-down, final guest communications and a post-event review, leaving you with everything neatly wrapped up.

A typical 3-month journey

3 months out: PLAN
Concept, objectives, budget, guest numbers, venue sourcing, supplier requirements and initial event plan.

2 months out: BUILD
Confirm suppliers, develop the event experience, invitations and guest communications, manage RSVPs and finalise logistics.

1 month out: DELIVER
Final guest numbers, supplier confirmations, running order, timings, event briefing, logistics and on-the-day preparations.

Event day: MANAGE
Full coordination from setup through to close, allowing you to enjoy the event without worrying about what is happening behind the scenes.

Investment

Event management is quoted according to the scale and complexity of each event. As a guide:

Up to 50 guests
Ideal for smaller launches, intimate networking events and private brand gatherings.

50–100 guests
Suitable for larger launches, networking events, client events and product introductions.

100–200 guests
For larger-scale events requiring more extensive supplier, guest and logistical management.

200+ guests or complex productions, bespoke quote
For large launches, conferences, multi-supplier productions or events with significant production, entertainment or logistical requirements.

Prices cover Lumen Launch's event management services. Venue hire, catering, entertainment, production, décor, staffing, printing, travel and other third-party costs are quoted separately unless specifically included within your package.

All events require a minimum of 3 months' lead time. International events are considered on a bespoke basis, with travel and associated expenses charged separately.
